Shiloh has rough collie like features, although what excludes it are her short legs that she got from her mother's side. Although they are not overly short, she still doesn't go on for too long.

Shiloh is quite a rational canine. She doesn’t make careless decisions and listens to her mind, rather than her heart. Growing up as a herding dog, she learned that she must be focused while working to maintain balance. Moreover, be precise with it- since puppy, she knew how important it was to be on time. This often led to her creative solutions. Although she isn’t a genius in this category, Shiloh often figured out simple ways to finish a task faster. Always trying to be more clever- it was a trait which she was praised for. She became dedicated to her work because of the positive reactions. Leading to her high tolerance. The collie is accepting of mistakes, and doesn’t dwell on others. Growing up with siblings, she accepts being teased- or other’s failures as much as her own. Often leading to a witty joke- which she often uses to ease the situation.

Once in a while she cackles up a joke here and there. They sometimes tend to be more awkward than funny, although she tries. Shiloh is rather a tomboy who never really cared about being ladylike. Who would judge her anyways? the sheep? Despite it, she is somewhat aware of it- and sometimes behaves boyish to seem more confident. She also has a high moral status- and if she believes something is wrong- she will do everything in her power to pursue it. There is a code Shiloh believes dogs should follow for a peaceful life. Perhaps it’s her simple mindset, where she believes in rational conversations as solutions- instead of petty arguments. Where she might even sound strict. In fact, the small mutt is rather strict and serious when it comes to given tasks. She isn’t one to act childish when at work. Often taking charge if possible. As mentioned she is tolerant to mistakes- and she will keep her patience strong if she knows the other is not aware or simply failing. She reacts mildly to most situations.

Although she might be tolerant and witty- she is still highly sceptical and cautious around strangers. Living on a farm made her wary of strangers as they might cause trouble. Stray dogs often take what’s not theirs- animals don’t always have good intentions and people are -well, people. She might be reserved to newcomers and rather wait to be sure. When it comes to possessions Shiloh is rather a greedy canine. Growing up with other dogs made her competitive but also careful to keep track of what’s hers. Sometimes she happens to take more than necessary out of reflex.Furthermore she is a graceless young dog. She isn’t careful about her movement, and her speech pattern is rather simple. Which is one of the many things she is insecure about. Together with the way she looks- seeing tall, lean dogs walk around makes her quite self conscious about her being rather short- looking like a small barrel. Nonetheless she never told anyone about it- as it feels strange for her to mention personal feelings out loud.

Pre-group history:
Puppyhood
Shiloh was born on a farm along with her sibling. Their parents were two purebred dogs- quite eye-catching. Yet it didn’t matter much to the young mutt. The duo raised her to be a fair dog- the importance of hard work and her lineage of proud working dogs. How much it mattered she was a good dog to her people. Growing up on a farm made her rather lack the care of being clean. Walking gracefully wasn’t a worry. However what she did worry about was how well she presented herself among the flock of white clouds. Spending most of her childhood with her sister Mae, Shiloh grew quite attached.
Soon as she became old enough to find a home- Shiloh didn’t hesitate for the chance. Unlike her sister, she wasn’t anxious for a fresh start (which didn’t mean she wouldn’t miss the other puppy). A middle aged woman bought her- not as a working dog, but rather a pet.It was surprising to many. Yet- it didn’t hold. As the puppy was over energetic, a few months later the woman gifted the corgi to her daughter.Unlike her, the younger woman worked on a farm- finally, a perfect fit.
Teenage
Finally, she was doing what she was groomed for since birth. During her teenage days, she developed most of her opinions. With little extra training by her older colleague. He was a smooth collie. . She enjoyed spending time with him- as she talked plenty about morality. How unfair the world could be- how she should be wary of strangers.
He quickly became her idol, as he often joked and talked about philosophy. Looking at him made her somewhat jealous… with age she started to notice how different they were. How her legs were impractical. Never speaking of it, she dwelled on her insecurities.
Young Adult
A year later, her companion was starting to show his age. Which was fine as all that happened was a simple exchange. He was moved to her previous owner. An old dog with an older lady was a better fit. To fill in the gap, her owner bought a younger dog. He was almost the same age Shiloh was when she arrived- was Arthur being replaced? The idea of this made her cold towards the unknown dog.
During work, she maintained good teamwork, and was very patient with the younger dog’s mistakes. She didn’t mind as he did alright. After a while she caught the hang of leading someone who’s new. However after work, it was obvious she had no intention of bonding. Making a joke here and there to keep the right tension was all she needed from their relationship.
Adult
Years passed, not much had changed in her life. Which was just fine. It was a nice life in the country. Days passed, days came- quite repetitive. Some may have said it was losing out of life- but she loved working. It was one thing she knew how to do- and was praised for it.
Around the time of her third birthday, a few herding competitions were being held.
